Inevitably your organisation will have to deal with obsolete IT assets. IT Asset Disposal is an established process for safely recycling and reusing old hardware without risking data breaches and environmental contamination from improper disposal methods.
The time to act on sustainability and data security is now. With mounting pressure from society and government, you have to take action – for your business’s future and the environments.
National IT Disposal guarantees 100% destruction of your data. Whether you opt for physical shredding or government-approved software erasure, we ensure complete privacy and security with our certified methods. This completely safeguards you from fines incurred by data breaches.
We are here to help your organisation comply with the WEEE directive whilst enhancing sustainability and corporate social responsibility. A strict 0% landfill policy operates for all items that we process. The most sustainable method of recycling is sanitisation, refurbishment and remarketing. If this is not possible, we decommission equipment into raw materials that are processed for re-use in new products.

From collection to certification

A recorded treatment outcome for your assets
Value recovered, clearly documented
Eligible equipment may generate a financial return for your organisation. Qualifying assets are valued using a clear, fixed-value rebate model.

In most cases we are able to provide a free of charge service. This is possible as equipment can often have residual value that we can use to offset our processing costs and even generate a positive return for our clients. However, if the equipment you have for recycling will not cover internal costs, a quote will be provided prior to the arrangement of a collection.
No, your collection operative will containerise the equipment in their vehicle after asset tagging it. We strongly advise that equipment be stored in a safe and secure environment on your site before collection to prevent and mitigate the risk of data breaches.
Our collection service operates seven days a week. We will collect your equipment when it suits you best. We suggest collecting in 5 days (if this is suitable for you) from initial contact to help mitigate data breaches on your site, and we can also deliver our service out of standard working hours.
